Mr. Mubeen has broad experience ranging from account management, e-commerce, and direct consumer services. He had several interim assignments with public and private companies, assisting them with their M&A, funding and growth activities domestically and internationally.

At the height of the financial crisis, one of his notable achievements in 2008 was to implement a city-wide remotely controlled environment in the City of Santa Clarita as an IT manager. This allowed the city to reduce drastic expenses related to environment upkeep by 25%. Between 2009-2014 Mat managed logistics and operations at Arvato Digital Services where he was an account manager for two Fortune 500 companies. In addition to English, Mr. Mubeen is fluent in French and Farsi.

Luka joined PacificShore Ventures in 2016 as an intern but quickly moved up the ranks to a loan coordinator due to his extensive knowledge in international relations and foreign trade. He works in tandem with Mr. Mubeen to iron out the kinks of any potential mishap in funding deals and ascertaining that the lending process is completed smoothly.

Mr. Ljubic began his career at Apnea Arbanas as the head of sales and marketing team departments and has also interned in Denmark at Schaub Holding, where he dabbled in exporting logistics. He landed a position as a Director’s Assistant at Danish Crown between 2003-2009 where he expanded on his knowledge of the food industry. While he enjoyed the programming world at Kras, his true passion and decision remained in finance and statistics.

He is an avid reader of financial literature and a major advocate of Keynesian economics. In 2007 Mr. Ljubic received his Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade and is in pursuit of his Master’s Degree in Economics at Zagreb School of Economics and Management. He remains vigilant in options trading world, hoping to perfect his “zero hedge” multi-legged strategies to a science.

Shakiel then led the sales function of an EMEA startup business unit for the Oracle Corporation. Prior to this Shakiel led the sales function of a Governance, Risk & Compliance software company that was acquired by Thomson Reuters.

Shakiel co-founded a London based International telecoms wholesale company selling carrier traffic, rapidly growing the business which was then sold to an Asian based technology group after two years. Shakiel has generated hundred of millions of US Dollars in profit for these respective corporations and specializes in establishing beach-head sales in new markets and then scaling the revenues with a hands-on approach, consequently increasing the value of the organization in preparation for an IPO or a trade sale.

After gaining a degree in electronics and computing in 1989, Shakiel Malik began his career by joining the graduate engineering training program at Hewlett Packard, designing test and measurement systems for use in applications for organizations such as Marconi, British Aerospace, Racal, Ferranti and Phillips Research. As an executive at PacificShore Ventures, Shakiel will be leading the M&A business strategy activities.

Prior to founding PacificShore Ventures, Mason also worked for a merchant bank in Hong Kong, Silverbear Capital Inc., where he successfully assisted clients in finalizing loans and completing M&A transactions. He currently works as a consultant for private equity firms., where his team performs due diligence services on mid-large size companies of a broad range of sectors such as Consumer, Technology, Energy, Discretionary, Business Services and not-for-profit entities.
